A big congratulation to Year 10 student Amelia Newton who has attended the Cheerleading National Tryouts in Milton Keynes and has been selected to represent Team England at the International Cheer Union (ICU) World Cheerleading Championships, taking place in Orlando, Florida in April 2026.
This is an incredible achievement for Amelia and competing at the Worlds Championships whilst representing her country is a dream for her.
Like her family, as a school we are incredibly proud of her, and this opportunity represents not only a once in a lifetime experience but also a significant recognition of her hard work, discipline and commitment to the sport. Well done Amelia! #SmashingIt
